Product introduction

We can provide customers customized TWC products, meeting Euro-VI emission standards. It includes ceramic substrate with catalyst coating, support mat, metal shell etc. Its main function is to convert the three criteria pollutants to harmless emissions simultaneously through oxidation-reduction reactions:

Carbon Monoxide (CO) → Carbon Dioxide (CO₂)

Hydrocarbons (HC) → Water (H₂O)

Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx) → Nitrogen (N₂)

※The hole density usually from 400 to 750cpsi, wall thickness usually from 0.17mm to 0.09mm;

※The open spaces in the cross-sectional area are 72 to 87% of the frontal area, the flow resistance is low;

※Cordierite material, Low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CET);

※Low back press drop.
